You buy insurance to help you when things go wrong – that’s why we prioritise our claims service.
If you need to make a claim please contact us as soon as possible on: 0116 261 4747 and our claims team will give you all the help and advice you need. We will allocate a named individual to handle your claim and to keep you up to date as it progresses. If you have any questions they will be there to help you.
If you are calling outside office hours and need immediate assistance, please check your policy documents where you will find an ‘out of hours’ emergency contact number. You should then also call us as soon as possible so that we can manage the claim for you and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
If you are a Corporate client you should also have the mobile telephone number of your Account Director who will be happy to help you at any time.
