In the event of a claim, please speak to your dedicated Account Executive or Account Handler whose contact details can be found on your policy documents.
If you are calling outside office hours and need immediate assistance, please check your policy documents where you will find an ‘out of hours’ emergency contact number. You should then also call us as soon as possible so that we can manage the claim for you and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
You should also have the mobile telephone number of your Account Director who will be happy to help you at any time.
